The staff was the most helpful and friendly I have ever seen at a hotel. The prices were very reasonable, and the hotel is in a great location (walking distance to several fun attractions). My wife and I will be visiting Cleveland again in the future, and this will certainly be the hotel we stay in.

Excellent, helpful staff. Scrupulously clean. Very comfortable, nice-size rooms. Older property, could stand a bit of renovation but perfectly maintained. Best location in the city. Across from baseball park and basketball arena, easy walk to 4th street. Not far walk to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the football stadium.

Great staff, comfortable room with sleep number beds and chocolate on pillow at night, easily accessed fitness room, who could ask for more? Valet who parked our car helpful in recommending things to do in the area.

My stay was punctuated by pleasant surprises all the way through. Sleep Number beds in the rooms, helpful suggestions from proud local staff, and beautiful accomodations. The location may just be the best in Cleveland, across from the Baseball Stadium, QL Arena, and plenty of local nightlife/restaurants. A wonderful experience.
