This hotel was OK but very inconvenient. The lobby is on the second floor meanwhile parking is on the street level. We didn't have a bell person help us with our bags so we had to with trek them. We stayed here one night after attending a concert at Quicken Loans arena. PROS= Great location-- within walking distance of the arena. Nice size room. Quick check in with friendly workers. - PERFECT location - walking distance to everywhere! - clean - kind and courteous receptionists - great views - lovely arcade/shops - great to walk around especially at Christmastime!
