The staff were very courtious, professional and helpful. Due to the loacation near the airport the planes were a little noisy, but did not keep me from sleeping well. I would most likely stay here again when I travel to Columbus.

I was surprised at how close to the airport the hotel was, with a very short shuttle bus trip from the terminal to the hotel. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast choice was first class with too much to choise from.

Room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast food was fair, not the best Hilton Garden Inn breakfast I have eaten. Front desk staff was short and impatient. I stay at this hotel due to its location next to the airport but there are others in the vicinity that I will try next time.

I received all my requests and additional help in areas I need it. When ever I asked a question I was give nothing but attention to my needs. They were not only respectful but attentive. Very Clean and relaxing. I had a great stay.

I was told by American Airlines when my flight was cancelled to O'Hare due to weather that I would have to stay overnight in Columbus. Buffet breakfast was not a true buffet. Fresh fruit, juices, and pastries were the only items laid out as a buffet. All hot items had to be ordered at the counter. No seconds were allowed.Service was slow.

The rooms were clean and smelled clean. We weren't in the hotel for long, but got an attitude from a worker when we asked her to refill the creamer because she was "not on the clock yet". Breakfast was quite good and plentiful. Every single staff member I met was very nice and helpful with directions and assistance. The shuttle to the airport was timely and convenient. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised. It is an ideal hotel for business travel although the business center internet speed was a little slow.
