Trelene runs a very tight and organized ship, much to the betterment of all her guests. Her desire to help -- with directions, restaurant recommendations, things to do, places to go, etc -- tops off the perfect location, immaculate cleanliness and her wonderful breakfasts. Two mornings in a row she served my wife and I breakfast an hour before normal... More

I see there are negative reviews for this B & B, but I have to wonder why. The location is just great to the very interesting and fun High Street art (which I don't really care about) and restaurant (which I do!) scenes, also near the bus line, which enabled me to get to and from OSU very conveniently. I... More

This place has it all. For First Saturday Short North Gallery Hop, it is a great place to stay. You cannot get any closer to the galleries and restaurants. BUT, we would go back ANY time because it is so nice of a place. Charming, clean, comfortable bed, great breakfast and very reasonably priced.

This is a super charming place in a wonderful location. We stayed three nights and had a beautiful clean and comfortable room that made it easy to relax. The breakfasts were delicious. It is not ideal to be in Columbus in January when the wind chill is in the single digits but it was nice not to have to go... More

It's hard to get excited about Columbus in January. So we thank you for such a wonderful review. We hope you return when the weather is good. Columbus is amazing in Spring and Summer. And the Short North Arts District just glows. We will see you soon, More

If you are looking for a quiet getaway that is just 2 blocks from the action on High Street, then this B & B is the place to go. Priced below even Hamptons & Courtyards, you even get a home-cooked hot breakfast that will keep you full thru lunch. We stayed the first weekend of December when the Holiday Gallery... More

Thank you so much. There's no place like The Short North the first Saturday of each month. And the Holiday Hop in December is even more amazing. We hope to see you soon on a return visit. More

Any time I have to go to the Columbus Convention Center for a conference or am in Columbus for a race, I stay at the 50 Lincoln to avoid the whole hotel scene. Granted, you aren't going to have a bar to pay $10 a beer, but you will have a beautiful room in an old Victorian house right in... More

We stayed two nights at this bed and breakfast. The location is perfect if you want to walk to the arts district. It was clean, breakfast delicious, the hostess hospitable and friendly. I needed coffee at 5 a.m. both mornings and the hostess was glad to accomodate me. Breakfast was timely, homemade, and tasty, but if you want something different,... More

Stayed here only 1 night on a Thursday - we were in town for a concert - location was perfect and just a short drive from the venue (at Lifestyles Community Pavilion) - parking was on site behind house which was nice - love the Short North area so this was a great location - within walking distance there's lots... We stayed at the B&B for C-Bus Pride this past weekend for a second time, and it was so comfortable and accomodating. The Bed & Breakfast is a short walk from bars, restaurants, and shopping-about a 500 feet walk! Trelene the manager was very sweet, and the breakfasts were tasty. They have a guest fridge in which you can help... More
