The staff of the Hyatt in Columbus were very anxious to help and cordial.
The facility was in the middle of the "arena" district and easy to find but difficult to leave from due to the construction and closure of ramps and exits. Self Parking is 2 blocks away.

There are things that are great & nots so great.
Great location, view, quiet rooms for the most part, shopping & food close by and walking distance, entertainment. It has everything.

Nice place to stay in the Columbus area if you are visiting the Columbus convention center. The rooms are decorated nicely but seem to be on the small side. The water temperature for the shower and sink was either too hot or cold. Hard to find just the right setting plus water pressure always seemed low.
