Definitely not the best Holiday inn I've stayed in. Very tired decor and customer service poor. Better staying at one on the Holiday Inn expresses or the Crowne Plaza. Clean, friendly staff, doesn't stink. Now that I've gotten that out of the way. This is a hard one. Parking - outside, gated lot. Check in - quick. Very polite. Very helpful. “personell tries hard, room & location are bad”

The thing that saved me from giving this a one star is the personel that really tries hard. The hotel is tired, the area is scary and unsafe after dark (next to greyhound station).
