I visited Barefoot Scuba resort in 2010. My husband and I stayed in a sea-facing cottage, which was too big for the two of us and the view of the sea was ok. In hindsight, it would have been smarted to stay in their smaller rooms and hang out on the beach. We would be so exhausted after our scuba... More

We stayed at Barefoot scuba for 2 nights and went for the snorkeling trip to South Button island and Tamarind Beach. Its a one in a lifetime experience for us. The resort people are cordial, cleanliness is taken care and the beach on the back side of the resort is too good for swimming in high tide. All in all,... More

Great Resort. Great people. Need an additional fan in the room as it becomes very hot. Charges are a little on the high side but it is one of the resorts which has a generator so even when the power fails the fans stay on.

We stayed here in May with 2 other families..adults in sea facing cottages and kids in a tent.. All very good..location of resort is right on the beach! The restaurant serves canteen type food.,,basic and wholesome. Full moon cafe and Redsnapper down the road have a little more variety! Perfect resort for diving..even my children got Padi licences..dive instructors very... More

It was the second time we stayed at cottage no. 1, Barefoot Scuba :) Same great service & hospitality. The property can do with some AC rooms (and i think charges are a little steep for the non-AC cottage comparing to others) but i guess electricity is a little unreliable. The heat does tend to get a bit much but... More

We were three females, stayed in the sea facing cottage, it's duplex, spacious and very comfortable. This is a basic , rustic and environmental friendly resort. If u want to scuba dive, this is the place to go. It has world class efficient and thorough dive instructors. The restaurant has a simple and healthy menu. In fact, the food here... More

We enjoyed every moment of our stay at Barefoot scuba resort. They really made our vacation memorable. Nice beaches, good food & hospitable staff added to our pleasant experience. We'd love to come back to stay at the property to enjoy the serene surroundings & hospitable staff. Thank you.

We had a tented cottage for the week and were diving every morning. The accomodation was clever and fun in its concept, very "Raj". It was clean, spacious and altogether very pleasant (even though the bed had little bounce). Housekeeeping, reception, and restaurant staff looked after us incredibly well as did the diving crew who worked so hard to make... More

If you are after 5* service with 5* staff then this resort is definitely for you. I stayed at the resort for 1 week with my wife & 3 other friends.
