The room is very clean and the size is good for a family. The breakfast was great with a lots of choices. The family running the hostel were very friendly and explained clearly on our queries. It is located in a perfect place between Brighton. Hastings and Battle.

My husband and I stayed here for one night and it was perfect. The owner was very kind and the breakfast the next morning was delicious. Would highly recommend to anyone considering a bed and breakfast between Brighton and Hastings!

Bexhill bed and breakfast, is clean, homely, and the proprietors could not have been more obliging. We had a lovely welcome on arrival, and escorted to our room, offered fresh milk for our drinks, and everywhere was spotless. The food was excellent, definitely the place to stay if in Bexhill.

The room was a good size and very comfortable. All the rooms appeared quite spacious. The room was warm and very clean. Breakfast was good and offered several options. My husband and I stayed here with our 3 children - the family room was fantastic. It was clean, spacious and exceeded our expectations in all aspects. The breakfast was excellent, a huge choice and brilliantly cooked. A very friendly service and we will definately stay there again.

Spent four nights here and couldn't fault the service I received. The room was spotless and had all mod cons such as wi-fi nd DVD player. Have stayed here on several occasions & we can't fault it. Very friendly, spotlessly clean, lovely & warm, even though it was bitterly cold outside. The rooms are spacious & beds are huge with top quality linen. Modern, very well equipped bathrooms & delicious plentiful breakfasts. What more can I say. 5*+!!
