I would highly recommend Hastings House to anyone who is visiting Hastings and looking for a beautiful and relaxing accommodation. A lovely, modern, cosy, welcoming hotel near the seafront in Hastings and the nicest welcome on arrival with tea and cakes served by the pretty bay window. Really good value from Booking.com and everything you want in a small, independent establishment, will come back here.

This is a first class establishment in every sense. Comfortable, clean, stylish, beautifully equipped, friendly and courteous. The bed was extremely comfortable with quality linen, the bathroom beautifully decorated and efficient. A terrific boutique B&B that fully deserves its fine reputation.

Last week was my second overnightnight stay at Hastings House, is will now be my regular stop when visiting customers' on the south coast. Good location. First class throughout - comfortable room with everything you need, finished to a very high standard. Friendly welcome, relaxing stay - free working wi-fi - just a lovely place to stay.

Just returned from a really relaxing break to Hastings House. My husband and I are generally quite picky about where we stay: Hastings House ticked all our boxes. It is smart, chic and very clean. Seng was extremely welcoming, breakfast was relaxed and delicious. Really can't recommend highly enough
