Stayed overnight at Barking, it was the same good standard we have come to expect from Premier Inn but have got to say the receptionist was exceptionally helpful, two err..um elderly ladies, kn.....cked after walking round London, just wanted a cup of tea, she listened as if she was actually interested and gave us extra tea bags!

I've always enjoyed my stay at premier inns but especially in Barking. Staff are friendly and are very welcoming its not like going to a hotel it's like going to a friends house.. I never feeling like leaving :( give me the option and I would stay there yay!! Thank you :)

front desk staff helpful and friendly, keen to reserve you a table on arrival ( could get busy etc) realistically this would not be he case in my opinion. Recent business visit to East London, ideal location for early morning meeting in the area. Rooms clean, staff friendly. Small public bar area but food in the dining room was very good value. Usual Premier Inn standard at breakfast and would use same hotel again.

for a family with a special needs child premier as usual come up trumps. as for this hotel perfectly situated for tube to london, staff helpful in obtaining taxi to tube station. room clean and ample size, restaurant excellent, clean and food very good., staff very helpful and friendly

Do exactly what it says on the tin, no false claims, good night guarantee used as daughter had noise outside room during night, no fuss just room rate refunded. 10-15 min walk to train but great service then it is a 40 min ride into centre off London. Good food under 16 eat free for breakfast.

We stayed here from the 22nd March to the 26th March. From arrival everything was done in a professional manner. Reception was attentive and gave comprehensive information. Our room was comfortable and clean. breakfast was more than adequate, well cooked and served efficiently. The room was serviced regularly and cheerfully. Car parking is secure and FREE! We will be back.
