Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room. Overall superb value for money! I don't think I have ever seen a cleaner bathroom!!! The location was great for a day spent at Bluewater, and an early morning start on Rainham Marshes

It was ok, wasnt fantastic but wasnt awful. Staff are very friendly, which is always nice to see. Breakfast selection is lovely, however, the hash browns were chewy and not very hot. I will return to this hotel, as it is very convenient. Keep up the friendly staff

After a horrible one day stay at Thurrock Hotel I moved to Premier Inn Thurrock West for 3 days and can fondly say it was The Best I have ever experienced. There is really nothing I can say negative about this beutiful facility. I am definitely going to stay there again and again.

Stayed in the 5th of may, the hotel is very well situated for walking to lakeside shopping centre only to us 10 minutes. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy with nice size rooms. Would recommend to anyone needing to stay in the area.

This hotel was the nearest to the wedding reception we were attending on 27th April, so it was chosen for convenience and value for money.
