“great little b&b.”

A friendly, well priced, great location b&b. Ideal for fellow mountain bikers, walkers, and anybody looking to be in the heart of the forest of dean. Hearty food served in the resturant/bar and 3 real ales avaliable. In the words of arnie. I ll be back !!!!!

“Brilliant value, great hospitality and dog friendly”

“Excellent family pub”

Found this pub on a yell.com search and we went as it had good reviews for all the family and cycling. It is within 5 mins of beechenhurst lodge and excellent food. “Wonderful Weekend Away in the Forest”

We went to visit some friends who were staying at the nearby campsite. We don't camp so decided to stay in B&B. “First rate in the Forest”

Called in on a lunchtime. Good beef curry and scampi. Real ale in fine condition. Prompt service. Hard to fault. Probably the best pub in the area
