Very good room, very spacious, good value for money! James, nick and david from reception were very helpful and always happy to help. We couldn't get the heating working but they sorted it straight away. Thanks guys for making our stay most pleasurable

Stayed for 2 nights April 2013. Welcome on arrival plus bottle of water and snack due to Platinum status. Good room overlooking car park, quiet and not overheated. Hotel has improved since last review, now has free car parking and free wifi. A good base to visit Manchester by car.

Checked in here on fri 5th April, lady at reception was very helpful and polite. Room was good, I was particularly impressed with the standard or cleanliness throughout and how helpful the staff was.
