Excellent facilities for a budget hotel. Staff were friendly and made every attempt to make sure we were happy. The room was clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. Soundproofing was good - all leading to a good nights sleep!

Great service - very friendly receptionist. Reasonable food in beefeater beside the hotel. Advised of water issues - mentioned her before and even saw a workman arrive the morning I left. Great for access to Aylesbury. Was staying over on business. No complaints and I have already recommended to colleagues. Will stay again

The staff were more than helpful they did advise at times a problem was occuring with the water pressure and it did happen but no great problems. Stayed here over the Christmas holiday so we didn't see much of the place as it was just to sleep whilst visiting family. We were most impressed with the friendly staff, even though they were working Christmas day/night, Boxing day/night they could not have been more welcoming, polite, helpful and cheery. Room was clean and comfortable.
