This is fine for a place just to sleep but I wouldn't want to stay more than one night. The room we stayed in was incredibly cramped - the shower was actually in the bedroom! Clean and tidy b&b great breakfast perfect location for beach,pier,high st, and train station reccommended also ideal location for golf courses and if you are traveling over to france on the cross channel ferry ,the owner of the guest house will also prepare you breakfast whenever it suits you
