Hotel is very high quality, the spa and pool area is fantastic. Large portions of food and friendly staff. Clean and tidy place. Would highly recommend. More

Nice hotel, family run with lots of family pics on display...log fires lit and welcoming, especially after a 7 hour drive on a cold, wet and windy night. Room clean, furnishings a little dated and the shower is not especially powerful! Food was fine and the staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, better than the premier inn on the other... More

Very good settings in the countryside of Kent. Rooms clean and tidy, building is a mix of old with new. Food was a litle slow in coming otherwise no complaints. More

The thing that really stands out about this hotel is the service. I haven't read any other reviews yet so I'm curious to see what others say, but our experience was that nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was friendly, kind, attentive. They had plenty of staff on. The staff were not intrusive but they were really attentive. There were... More

Stayed for a few nights in January 2012, attic room, clean but very cramped, room so hot had to have window open all night, road noise etc. Bed very hard, noisy corridor next to room, floors creak badly and wall moves!!! Over priced for that room without doubt although other rooms in newer parts of the hotel looked ok. Didnt... More

This is the story of a parasite infested bed, a disinterested hotel owner, quick fire accusations, the Environmental Health and conclusive proof of the death of customer service. To be honest, you've already read enough, but if you want all the gory details then read on.... I stayed here in October 2011, but it has taken me quite some time... More

This is a great hotel that is perfect for short and long term stays. The rooms are clean and comfortable and most rooms offer quiet locations. There aren't many places that offer a better breakfast. The bistro bar is nice - a little small, but cosy and comfortable with a pleasant menu selection. The pool is located next to the... More
