We visited hawes recently and stayed in cocketts hotel. The owners are friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. The hotel has a wonderful old fashioned feel but that is complimented by good service, tasteful decor, lovely rooms and a fantastic restaurant. The location is perfect, right in the middle of hawes. We would thoroughly recommend a visit to.this gem of a hotel. More

Our first time at Cocketts but won't be our last. Despite poor weather we had a warm and relaxing stay. The food was excellent, and the chef very successfully adapted one of his specials so that both of us could enjoy it. Quick and easy check in on a lovely sunny afternoon. Straight to The Fountain for a few Golden sheep (beer) and then a lovely hot bath and change for dinner.
