Very friendly welcome, lovely, comfortable and spotlessly clean room, good breakfast - what more do you want? It's easy to find, parking is outside the front door and it's close to the centre of town.

Last-minute booking here (booking accepted over the phone without any payment, quite rare!). On-street parking, but parking areas right in front of hotel so no problem. Stayed just the one night, this is a fantastic B&B, the room was great, beautiful decor and the bed so comfortable. Location was a 4min walk to the town square, Richmond is so nice. Had a fantastic breakfast to set us up for our next days travelling. Wonderful hosts and a must stay B&B.

Property located uphill out of town but easy to find. Host was friendly and helpful. Double ensuite was spacious, well equipped and clean. Breakfast was generous. Only downside was that "wets" were not catered for. Wet boots were left in hall to be stored overnight and collected just as wet with no where to dry other items.

My Husband ,my 2 daughters and myself stayed for three nights over the easter weekend.
