We had an anniversary meal here on 22nd February 2013 and I would highly recommend this lovely, cosy restaurant. The staff were very friendly and the food was absolutely delightful. Definately worth a visit.

A fantastic meal at the smugglers, surf and turf to die for. Fantastic fish chowder to start with. Everthing well prepared and beautifullyu presented. Try the garlic mash, yummy. Great service, friendly atmosphere. Great place will be back.

We recently visited Robin Hood's bay for the famous Victorian weekend and was absolutely thrilled by the hotel room, the breakfast & the incredibly friendly staff! We stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful time! We will be back soon! My only criticism would be that the rooms are very expensive!

I have visited smugglers a number of times and although i respect other opinions i cannot concur with the authors comments dated 22Oct. The food is excellent and the hospitality welcoming the owners have transformed a tired business into a bay hotspot. Congratulations for getting it right i for one will be going back soon.
