Being local we eat here quite regularly. The whole dining experience never fails to impress us. We always leave feeling that we have excellent value for money. The standard and quality of food is excellent as is the service and we always return knowing that we will not be disappointed. Consistently great food with a creative menu and lovely surroundings!

We stayed in a nearby b and b, and ate here both nights, lovely. Really vgood food, every course, tasy, quality, steak cooked perfectly! Not expensive, busy, good atmosphere with a real buzz of locals, visitors, couples, families all enjoying themselves. Pleasant efficient waiting staff. Remember to book though!

Absolutely fantastic staff, service and food. Staff and owners so helpful and the quality of the rooms, the quality of the bedding and supplies were second to none. A clean, friendly and well run establishment and I would highly recommend anyone heading to the Northumberland coast to consider this hotel.
