We spent a full day here experiencing one of the spa days which included a choice of 2 treatments use of pool, sauna, steam room etc, all day refreshments, a glass of champagne and a 2 course lunch. Rooms average (executive room) but overpriced, absolutely NOT family friendly as stated... No children's pack on arrival, very limited pool access and no play/outdoor area? Service was ok but the worst I have experienced with Macdonald (this is my 6th hotel) breakfast was haphazard and the bar was astronomically priced - overall a poor visit and would not return!!
