“Typical Premier Inn”

Stayed for one night. Clean room, comfortable bed, reasonable breakfast, slightly abrupt breakfast service. Thai restaurant adjacent to hotel which would have been good if traveling alone but not so good with young, fussy children. Typical Premier Inn (Except for the restaurant), friendly hotel and restaurant staff.

“Couldn't ask for more”

Stayed here midweek for a funeral and couldn't have asked for any more, room was clean and exactly as expected for a premier inn. Borrowed and iron and ironing board from reception and my brother who was also staying got a sewing kit all free of charge. The attached bar and restaurant is very nice and breakfast was fantastic. “Much improved restaurant”

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff who could not be more helpful. Breakfast is taken at the much improved Queen Adelaide and Dragon next door. The restaurant has been refurbished and is a Thai style which also provides limited English dishes. Well prepared breakfast food and very wide range to choose from.

“Great Reception Staff”

I was slightly concerned at first when arriving here, but I needn't have. The reception staff were lovely and welcoming and the restaurant next door was fab - what a nice surprise to find a Thai Restaurant instead of usual beefeater/table table type place - I would strongly recommend this premier inn.

“Excellent Stay”

An excellent stay at this hotel we came down to Epsom as my daughter had her audition didn't know what to expect, but the staff were extremely kind, Danny in the restaurant was a great help, lovely food. All in all, good night!

“Close to Chessington”

This is the first time I have used Premier Inn, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Initial staff at reception were friendly and informative and ensured we understood things.
