This hotel felt dated and run down. Our breakfast was overcooked and dry. The hotel basement car park was a shelter for two homeless people, and access to the hotel was via a narrow staircase, across a poorly lit private parking space covered in litter. Not a great stay.

Lovely staff, very professional. Rooms good. No complaints at all. We arrived in the snow, there is a covered car park attached to the hotel. Staff know the area and can recommend where to go for meals etc.

I stayed for one night for a football match,Hotel is only about 20 minutes walk to West brom fc,also next to west brom centre,I stayed on the 4th floor and the room was large,very confortable and very warm,I will look forward to staying here again,the staff were friendly and made me feel very welcome,

Last stayed here 5 years ago just after my son was born, and the lady in the bar called Pat still remembered him as he is called Patrick. All the staff are very helpful especially Michelle and Pat the food is top notch and the room was massive, will be staying again!!
