hotel was excellent, staff superb, meals were a let down ,sometimes our meals were cold ,sometimes we ordered the chef special only to be told there was none left, but on the whole we had an excellent holiday.

Have stayed here over the years many many times and for xmas day a couple of times. Very good value for money and the food really is not that bad at all. If you are expecting the Hilton go somewhere else but it is clean/free parking/good location etc etc and you pay for what you get. The staff where always... More

We only stayed 2 nights in a Superior Room, with dinner. The hotel is quite central, on the sea front near the pier, with lots of private free car parking space, we were house hunting. The hotel has dreadfully squeaking passage way floors and doors that bang, they could easily fix the doors with some felt. The room was OK... More

No spare pillows available on request. Dripping tap guest will have to put up with it overnight. Food basic with staff whipping plates away. Some of reception staff most unhelpful. Location good. Beach and promenade lovely

Really great service at this hotel. Very good price for a comfortable over-night stay. Fantastic location! Only grumble would be that the breakfast could be better. Would definitely return to the Norfolk. Nice that parking was free the whole time we were in Bognor.
