While the hotel was beautiful, our experience was overwhelmingly disappointing, we booked into a grand classic room with an added "romance package" only to find out the walls are paper thin and we could hear every word being said In the rooms next to us. The large and lovely hotel is reached by driving through a cave and into another era. The proportions are grand, sweeping staircase , wide hallways etc. Our room was stuffy and small , with a tiny bathroom. You'd stay here for an experience of the caves or walking, not for the food or rooms.

Old world charm. We were welcomed by a lovely cosy, well heated room crisp white bedding and a very comfy bed and a clean ensuite with plenty of hot water. Jenolan caves was absolutely wonderful it was one of my best experiences and I'd definately come back again. The staff were lovely, I enjoyed the service in the restaurant and loved the cheerful and happy house keepers. :) Don't believe every thing you read try it for yourself.
