“Great value short stay”

We stayed here so we could experience Port Arthur to its fullest. If we hadn't booked our entrance to the site, ghost tour or dinner we could've done so through the office. “Comfortable, cosy rooms, excellent location”

I liked this hotel at lot. My partner and I came to Port Arthur for a ghost tour, and this hotel was the perfect choice as it borders the historic site. Excellent location for visiting the historic Port Arthur prison site accessible via gate using room key. Spent two nights during which time new owners took over. We chose the motor inn because it is on site at Port Arthur. It was also very competitively priced. Also had dinner in the restaurant. Great location. Rooms small, basic but clean. Bed comfortable. Towels need replacing but were clean. Place looks a bit tired and needs some renovations. Fabulous views over the site. Meals at restaurant basic I had steak which was tough and overcooked so they us a free dessert. No ghosts encountered.

Had a one night stay here with Dinner, Breakfast and Ghost tour package. Our room overlooked the Port Arthur Convict Site. Although small the room was clean and comfortable.
