The room I received was nothing like the room pictured online that I reserved. Much less! It was to be a 2 room disability suite and ended up a cramped disability room. No double bed with lounge chair and sleeper couch in in 2 rooms. King bed and a couch in one room was what we got.

I have stayed at a lot of Hampton Inn's and most of them are pretty nice, this locaiton is nice and the lobby is very nice. Breakfast is very good with lots of choices. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

It is conveniently located near I-77. It has complimentary hot breakfast. The room is very clean. The duvet cover as well as sheets are freshly changed for each gust. The room is of good size. It has a large screen LCD TV. Check-in and check-out are fast. The front desk staff were very helpful.

The bathroom door was off the hinges and wouldn't even close. The room was outdated and unclean. Price is extremely too high for the quality of the room. Very small gym. Staff seemed pretty friendly although I had a bit of difficulty checking out. Complimentary wine and cheese was a plus. However, I would never recommend this hotel.
