this was the 2 stay in four years and they have ants. my son was bitten in the pool area then and this time when we returned to our room the bathroom floor was loaded with ants. They did move us to another room, It was a pain gathering everything at 1am

The rooms looked as if they had not been updated in 30 years, and there where extension cords running along the wall to plug lamps in. I could hear every word spoken in the room next to me too, and they were not speaking loudly. The 2 pros were a friendly staff and a decent breakfast.

I found this hotel to be quite relaxing and very clean. The staff is very personable. If I am ever in the Cleveland area again, I will choose to stay here again. I was impressed with the attention to detail taken to provide comfort during a long weekend of classroom learning.

The staff was nice, the cookie was warn, the location was great - close to the highway, major restaurants, drug stores, etc. We were with an AAU basketball team and everything worked out well. We would definitely stay again.

overall ok, but amazed that when you are called away from home for work, or traveling, you can't watch anything but depressing news channels!! Afterall, its the most obvious thing to do in a hotel room when called away for business!!

Hotel was great except only the heat was on and the AC had not been turned on yet. I like a cool room at night and had to sleep with the window open which made this very comfortable room very noisy. All in all hotel was very nice with a great location and very helpful staff.
