It was the middle of the week and people were up thumping and talking loud all night on the floor. There was lots of traffic in and out. The lock was broken and anyone could gain access to the floor from outside. The person working the desk could not understand english. I do not feel this is a safe place... More

Had planned to stay elsewhere but those plans fell through. I liked the locked hallway doors for added security. Staff was nice and polite and informed me of discount that I was unaware of. Internet was adequate but a little slow... which was to be expected on a busy weekend.

I realize that you get what you pay for, but I was hoping to at least have the free internet service that was advertised. Also, I don't consider toast and frozen waffles to be a "hot breakfast", but my expectations were probably too unreasonable.

We had excellent, friendly and helpful service. Room cleanliness was exellent as well as the location off I 77. Really liked room coffee & contenental breakfast. Luggage carrier-a little hard to handle
