My wife and I purposely chose this location, because of the indoor waterpark, that it advertises. We checked in at 3pm, on a saturday afternoon, and were given a handicapped access room, which we did'nt want, and were told that the waterpark was open till 10pm. I was greeted with much politeness by the front desk, checked-in in a timely manner, the room was very clean and better than what I expected, especially after reading such negative reviews by other visitors on this review panel. My kids enjoyed themselves in the waterpark and it was clean when we visited. Would recommend to others in a heartbeat!... more

This is one of the best hotel that i have stayed in toledo area. we travel to toledo area few times a area. the hotel is new and fresh. staff at the hotel very pleasant. the food at restaurant was great. we are definately going back. more

Went for an over night get away with kids 2-9yr olds and 2-11 year olds. Water park was great. Rooms were great. Service was great. If you plan on spending the amount of money splash bay wants $169 for 4 people in a regular room which includes two queen beds a pull out sofa micro fridge and microwave. This hotel looks like a corporate hotel targeting male business travellers yet is connected to a waterpark that draws families. There is nothing about the hotel that is family friendly.
