Found a dead bug when we checked the bed. It was late and other places were filling up. They gave us another room. It was pretty bad but at least no bugs found. Window screen badly torn. Poorly maintained. Second motel in a row with bugs. Get me out of Port Clinton!!

This by far is the worst place my famile has stayed. Floors had not been swept or shampooed it left a black flim on the bottom of our feet, sheets and blankets had someone else's hair on them when I called front desk for new sheets,covers the phone was taken off the hook. Im not very picky when it comes to hotels but omg. outside doors to hallway are all unlocked, no cups in room, stick used to lock sliding door in room, tv didnt work, over all just way over priced and crappy hotel. front desk person was very nice and helpful but property sucked.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights with our 3 month old daughter. We were apalled when we walked into the room. Thankfully we brought her travel bassinet/playpen to sleep in because I would not have let her sleep in a crib that the hotel provided after seeing the "cleanliness" of the room. Pleasant location on Lake Erie. Not updated but very livable. Room was clean; bed was comfortable. Balcony looked over lovely courtyard with view of lake. Pool and deck were nice. I had a wonderful time at this hotel. Our room was very clean, the employees are friendly .Annette Is a wonderful Manager there and gave us a great rate. The view of the lake was awesome. We plan on coming back here next year. We just wish It hadn't ended so soon.
