Very clean, like home! The owners Judy and Bob are so nice!! I hope they enjoy their time off, they deserve a rest!! it has to be a lot of hard work to keep a place that nice!!! it was convenient to everything, walking distance!! We loved the breakfast, everything from waffles to oatmeal!!!

We have been going to Ashley House for years. My husband and I first started celebration our anniversary on PIB and stayed at the Hotels downtown. They charge a bundle!!! I wouldn't stay anywhere else than Ashley's! You can walk to everything and they have free bikes to ride around to anything a little farther. Great stay! The staff/owners are so nice and helpful. Make sure to try the lobster bisque at the upper deck boardwalk!!
