Was very convenient to Chagrin Falls where we were visiting. Clean and very courteous front desk. Breakfast was very nice. Hotel was crowded but didn't hear any noise. Would definitely stay there again.

Spacious king accessible room. Didn't get why there were 2 fridges & 2 microwaves though. Very comfy bed/bedding. Plenty of parking in front/rear. Steakhouse just steps away, several eateries nearby. Free breakfast, alternated hot items daily & free afternoon snacks of beer, cheese, crackers, chips & assorted dip.

We stayed here since we couldn't geta room in the Downtown // University Circle area due to the Marathon. The hotel is very clean and comfortable ; good breakfast. I would stay there again.I would have preferred a room on the first floor but then I hadn't requested that while booking.

We have stayed at many Hampton Inns and have been very pleased. The service has always been good and the rooms clean. This time the room and bathroom smelled very smokey. This would not prevent us from staying at another Hampton Inn.

This hotel goes above and beyond what most chains do! Right from the time of booking, the hotel demonstrated their ability to be proactive as opposed to reactive. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfasts were good. We appreciated the helpful staff as we had to leave early due to a family emergency. I am very fussy about where I stay and I was pleased with the hotel.

Our company needed a meeting room & 8 guest rooms for 2-nights- Ewa the sales manager helped step-by-step to set up a wonderful room for 25 people, and beautifully remolded accommodations for overnight guest. Very clean. Pool very small. Limited breakfast items as compared to other Hampton Inns. Restaurants close by. Free computer access in lobby. Overall a nice value for the money and I would stay here again- felt safe.
