Older property, and reasonably well kept up. Not as clean as some - more like an Econo Lodge in Cleanliness than a Comfort Inn and Suites. A/C-heater unit was quiet. Bed was not a new Comfort Inn bed, but a much older bed - serviceable, but not up to current standards. Breakfast was average Confort Inn.

We checked in, saw the mould in the elevator, pool area.. Dirty grungy room.. Completely dated... disgusting.. So we left.. We were there for 20 mins.. No refund.. They refused. Follow up email, refused again.. We will never stay at any Choice Hotel run property again. We did stay at the Wingate by Wyndham in Streetsboro and it was fantastic.

My wife and I stayed here on our way home from a long motorcycle trip. He hadn't booked in advance and just showed up. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. She was able to put us in a great upgraded room at no extra charge. We got our room, a King suite and it was very nice.... More

We stayed here November 4 & 5, 2011. We visited both thwe NFL hall of fame and R&R hall of fame. It was about a 1/2 hr to both places from the hotel. The hotel could use some sprucing up, but was clean & comfortable. The spa was not in working order but we were able to use the pool.... More
