Good location - close to downtown, shops, restaurants, bars, and the lake. Room was clean and decorated with antiques. Owner was knowledgable and offered suggestions of things to do and see. Well-known 4 star French restaurant nearby. (Too bad Great Lakes Museum has closed.) Public beach.

I am sorry you folks did not enjoy your stay. We do have larger rooms available but the prices vary and your husband chose one of the smaller rooms. Was in a very convenient spot - downtown Vermilion and the beach were both walkable. Owners weren't really around. Just went to the room assigned to us on the whiteboard outside.
