I would have given it an A but the shower temperature fluctuated rapidly and unpredictably. This is a nice little hotel in a small town. It is probably better than many of the hotels in nearby Altus. Stay here if not the other hotel in the area. This place is nice, clean and friendly. No frills but, worth the money!!!

We like to go to the Frederick area to visit the Hackberry Flat Wildlife Management Area - a 7,120 acre wildlife oasis located 8 miles southeast of Frederick in southwest Oklahoma.
