Bugs, huge spiders ,filthy carpeting, no ice available, ice machine was not even in operation and they pretended to not be aware of this. I travel a lot and will not stay in a best western again.

This isn't a Best Western; it's a Worst Western. The carpeting was fairly new, but it had huge ripples in it and dirt everywhere.
