Very Disappointed. Upon arrival for a 5 day business stay I was told they did not have my reservation even though I checked in online prior to arriving. I asked for extra towels and an extra blanket that I never received. The temp in the room would not regulate. Main elevator was out of service. The room was nicely renovated and appeared clean, though when I woke the first morning, I woke up to roaches crawling on the walls! I immediately took a picture of the bugs and went down to the front desk to let them know. Interestingly enough, they were not as surprised as I was. They offered to move me to the room across the hall which I did not accept. They said they didn’t have any other rooms until later to see what was available because the hotel was booked. The staff offered no apology, refund or credit. I was thoroughly disgusted and uncomfortable staying at the location after seeing roaches. As a result, I had to repack, get ready for a meeting, check out and find another hotel all before 8 AM. Unacceptable Hilton/Hampton Inn!!

Hotel's Favourite
This Hampton was great in all respects. The desk clerk was pleasant and efficient. The hotel itself and our room in particular was very clean. Importantly, the air conditioning worked great and we were able to adjust the temperature so that the heavy Hampton comforter could be used.

I would highly recommend this hotel. My husband and I stayed here on our way to Texas. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and I liked the protein options for breakfast. It was great they offered hot omlets and turkey sausage as I can't eat carbs.

I have stayed at Hilton brand hotels all of the Country for 35 years and this was a first for me. I waited almost 30 mins to check in because the receptionist had to manually input and charge the person in front of me for each snack separately. I've never seen that. I wasn't aware of this while I was checking in until this young girl came up behind me with a handful of snacks and I said to her please go ahead of me. After wondering why the person in front of me took so long to buy her snacks and letting the young girl in front of me I asked why. I was told by the receptionist that unfortunately that's what the new system requires. After 12 hours of travel and being a Hilton honors member this was unexpected. The Hilton sent me several emails asking for my experience at there hotel so here it is.

I have stayed here on several occasions and have never been disappointed. I was very warmly greeted as I entered by the Desk Clerk. She was delightful, and asked me if I had a preference as to a floor. I chose the second floor. As I stepped off the elevator I noticed the hallway was super clean. Entering my room, was a pleasure. Everything in my room seemed to signify that it had very recently gone through a "total renovation!" Everything looked brand new and was beautifully appointed. I was in Muskogee and Tahlequah on business, so I wasn't in my room for an extended period, but was extremely comfortable when I was. The breakfast was good, but could use a few more options. All in all it was a great stay!

I’d go 4.5 if I could. It’s a clean, new-feeling hotel. Rooms are comfortable and ours was quiet. Ample parking and centrally located. I think I saw someone post that there was no ESPN here. That’s not true now. We had ESPN and a good selection of channels. The breakfast is free. I’m not very critical of free breakfasts. This one will suffice. It has waffles, oatmeal, an omelet (it’s a pre-made wrap), sausage, potatoes, breads and yogurt. If you want a good breakfast, go somewhere else. The breakfast space is large. Our rate was $101 plus tax. We’d definitely stay here again.

My Husband and I always try to stay at Hampton Inn wherever we go, especially in Muskogee. We always get great service when we visit Hampton Inn, Muskogee as well as other places. We've never had a bad experience at any Hampton Inn

This hotel is slightly overpriced with comparable hotels in the area and the service is just average. More importantly, if you are a sports fan avoid it because they do not have ESPN! The shower curtain is also too short and water pours onto the floor when showering.

Stayed overnight in this hotel while visiting family after Christmas. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel rate was reasonable. The room was spacious with a king size bed. The mattress in the room was on the softer side, but was comfortable. I slept like a baby. The bathroom was roomy and had Neutrogena products including mouthwash. There is a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. Thermostat worked well. The only negative to me is that the there is very little front of the hotel parking and what little there is is reserved for Diamond club members, and the same for the side entrances next to the door next to handicap parking. Breakfast is served from 6 AM to 10 AM and it was nice and hot. There was a waffle maker, eggs, sausage, potatoes, muffins, yogurt, bread, and, juices. Check out is at 11 AM. I would definitely recommend to stay here. It was in a good location with ready access to restaurants and stores in the area.

Road trip and no reservations; found them on expedia app then booked when I arrived. Friendly service; clean. Bed was a little too soft but that's a personal preference. Front desk rec I park around the side and use luggage cart there. The doors don't open automatically as they would have if I'd used front doors; those carts are hard to steer anyway much less trying to wrangle them loaded through two sets of manual doors alone. I was hot and tired by the time I got settled. I did tell her this for future solo travelers. Elderly or disabled would appreciate being told to use the auto sliding front doors as well.
