Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. The Super 8 Airport-Fairgrounds next door has cheaper and cleaner rooms as well as a staff that seems to care you exist. Do not even waste your time. You will be sad and try to complain or get your money back and they will absolutely not care.

I stayed two nights with my son after we took a train ride from Ft. Worth just as spur of the moment decision! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!! The breakfast buffet was a hit with my son because his favorite is biscuits and gravy with sausage! Thanks for everything!!

Stayed two nights. Hotel room was good value, clean and staff were friendly. Location was great and close to restaurants. Would stay here again. The highway was quite noisy but otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Sure wish I had read the reviews before getting a room. Dirty rooms, plumbing disrepair, broken security latch, non-smoking room that reeked of smoke, no coffee pot in room as promised, AND had to pay for cab to airport.
