We used this hotel for a training event for local and out of town people. Staff was very helpful and flexible. We had five out-of-towners stay over night and everybody was quite comfortable. Fine hotel, quiet and clean, but not very close to much of anything. Whirlpool was the perfect temperature, restaurant and bar were well-staffed and priced about as expected. I appreciated the courtesy van service to the closest MAX station.

Business travel-stayed 3 nights. The hotel is completely renovating the front entrance area and despite the full construction effort, the staff delivered excellent service with minimum inconvenience. We came down for a weekend getaway to finish off spring break. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Nice location. Centrally located. We had an enjoyable time and would stay again if in the area.

We arrived today for a two night stay having reserved two rooms for us and for guests traveling with us to find the lobby completely demolished, including tile being removed from floors with the rubble needing to be navigated to the check in desk, which was partially tarped in plastic to keep the staff out of the dust and debris.... We stayed two nights at this hotel as part of a week long trip to Oregon and we were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and our overall experience was excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We have family in Aloha and this was our second year visiting. I think we'll make this our regular spot because the accommodations worked perfectly for us. We were traveling with our young daughter and the unique shape of the living area/bedroom allowed us to get her in bed on time without having to turn in quite so early ourselves.

I pick all our hotels using TripAdvisor ...some highly rated hotels are good for the price, but can be old and tired. Not here.
