My second stay at this motel and it was as good or better than the first. Quality sheets that feel good. Towels that actually dry you not scratch you. Great staff at the desk, held the room for me as I made my way across town. Simple breakfast offering that met my needs. Missed a piece of fruit though.

Nasty smell in room. Oatmeal, juice, toast and muffins for breakfast. Bad/bath are clean, it's the smell that makes this a less than okay stay. Expect more for the money like some Febreeze. Very basic, nothing fancy.

Just looking for basic accommodation for a single night. WiFi / parking included. Minutes from Drake Park...see photo! Wall & Bond Streets City & centre. Clean and comfy bed / shower. No frills, breakfast all but inedible sugar fare, but at this price point, the value can not be denied. Recommended in certain circumstances.

We had a king size room in the back on the second floor, which was very quiet and clean. The room had everything we needed. The breakfast was good enough. Rocky was very helpful with information about the area. The tiny landscape spot in the parking lot could use some upgrade.

Stayed here for one night and if you're looking for the budget stay for one night or two, this place fits the bill. Do NOT expect much in terms of accommodations as hardware is fairly worn. Greeted pleasantly when I arrived. New pillow-top mattresses in all the rooms, quite comfortable. The continental breakfast available consisted of English muffins, small cartons of orange juice, coffee, and maybe something else. A little sparse, but for the $50 I paid for AARP rate, I couldn't complain.
