I called to book a reservation for a business trip. My call was answered by a very professional and frendly individual, Mariah. Often, when i call a business like this, i'm put on hold so they can answer phones and look through their schedule, this was definately not the case with Mariah! She was professional and quick. She found me... more

Despite what was written earlier, the service was amazing. In particular Mariah and Malia were great, they went above and beyond and I can honestly say it was the best treament that I have ever received from hotel staff, and I used to work in a hotel. The Breakfast was very good and I would 100% recommend this hotel. GREAT... more

Great location for downtown with free parking. Contrary to other reviews we experienced helpful, smiley staff. Modern spacious room with very comfortable bed. The breakfast room got a little busy but the provisions were perfectly adequate. All in all happy with our stay and would recommend to friends and family. more

I just checked in with a very surly girl name Mariah. She was Incredibly rude and apparently either unable or unwilling to explain anything beyond the basics of check in. I am staying here right now, and after a three hour car ride and being greeted by a teenager with a huge chip on her shoulder, I would not recommend... more

Originally booked the Fairfield Inn but it was too far away from downtown. We saw the Phoenix Inn as we drove around and managed to negotiate a good rate. The standard rate was not cheap. The rooms were excellent with a lounge area and separate bedroom and downtown was a few minutes walk with an excellent choice of shops, bars... more

The Phoenix Inn was a nice place to stay, in a great location. It was walking distance to the downtown area, with many restaurants and shops. The room was nicely furnished and clean. Breakfast was more extensive than most hotels. Their internet connection was free, and reliable. Unfortunately, our room had a subtle odor of onions that never really went... more

On previous trip we had stayed at the Phoenix Inn in Bend. Thinking it was a fairly nice hotel although a little pricey, it has a great downtown location and would be a great place to stay during the Flashback Cruz. We made our reservation almost a year in advance knowing that weekend would be busy. We called the Wednesday... more

I have been staying at the Phoenix Inn in Bend, OR for business every other month for approximately 5 years. My secretary reserved my room over a week in advance. When I arrived at 10:30pm, after having driven 3.5 hours to get to Bend, I was told the hotel was full. They confirmed that they had reserved my room for... more

It always feels a little weird with the bathroom sink and counter placed in the main room area instead of the dedicated bathroom space. Oh well, for $99 per night in an emerging city, I’m willing to overlook some weirdness. The location of this hotel is top notch so if the McMenamins down the street is too spendy for your... more

The overall hotel is decent. The pool and hot tub are about what you expect. The hotel does not have enough parking, so they share with an office building next to them, but you have to move your car by 10 am or risk it getting towed. Also, the housekeeping was really bad. Two days in a row, they did... more
