Booked a two night stay and left after the 1st night, there was vomit ground into the carpet. Cobwebs and a spider in the shower, it was also filthy, not sure what their “standards of cleaning” are but they definitely should not pass a health inspection. Found two bugs in the bed. I highly recommend staying elsewhere. This place is a health hazard.

3 tiny pillows on a king bed. No washcloths, except for the dried up used one hanging in the shower, and the tub looks dirty. Dried up 'poop?' On the floor, holes in the hallway carpet, and it's a literal "ghost town" I think this was a really nice place in its day, but that day has come and gone. 'Popcorn' ceilings, hazardous railing on the balcony, and the hallway handrail is coming away from the wall, with drywall on the floor and peeling wallpaper. it's a tired place in desperate need of a little tlc. I chose this place because of prior experience with Shilo Inn at other locations, so I assumed that reputation would be the standard. I didn't stay here for the price, I chose it because of the name and the amenities. I didn't check out the pools or extras so I can't honestly comment on that. Sad. It's average priced, so the rate doesn't reflect the condition of the place.

This place is a total Dive! Reserved a room with a balcony, but they put us on the ground floor in a filthy room with stained carpets and feces still floating in the toilet!! The room had a coffee maker, but not a single cup or glass in the room. After asking for what we had reserved they put us in a second floor room, but it was dirty as well, no cups here either and had no phone in the room to even reach the front desk. Our friends got a filthy room as well and found a pacifier on the floor by the bed. Oh, and the internet didn't work. Save your money and go elsewhere!

The room must not have been cleaned since JFK was in office! The carpet was embedded with stains & there were pieces of paper all over the floor. There was a baby's pacifier under the bed. We found black hairs around the sink which definitely weren't ours! The shower door fell off the hinges when I opened it! Do not stay here. It was filthy!

Horrible experience. We've stayed years ago and loved it, especially the river view. But this time the place was dirty, run down and the front desk was very rude. Only positive was they gave me my money back so I could leave and stay elsewhere

**BLOOD ON THE CARPET IN ROOM 604 & ANIMAL FECES IN 506** Recently checked in to this hotel, reserving the king suite with jetted tub ($350, mind you). Checked in and found blood on the carpet with no attempt to clean and dead bugs in the bathroom and next to the fireplace. After telling the front, we were moved to another room. When I opened the door, there was a family occupying it. Made the trip to the lobby again and he said I had the wrong room - even though the key opened the door of the room that he had written on the key sleeve? We were then moved to another room, after confirming it was the same as what we had booked. Upon entering, there were dead bugs and leaves everywhere on the floor, huge stains all over and after further inspection we found animal feces in the kitchen area. I called the lobby again as we had plans and explained that we were unhappy. The man at the desk rudely said not to come back to the hotel and that my room keys and reservation had been cancelled - leaving us without a hotel hours away from home and later in the evening. Don’t bother calling the “800” number as they can’t help you with anything because “they’re just an extension” and you need to handle things with the front desk. Do not stay here. Do not waste your money. Do not put your health at risk staying at this hotel. I will be Reporting this hotel to the proper agency.

This is our third stay here. We used to like this hotel with the river view rooms. This time was not a good experience. I called to get a downstairs room early in the day before check in due to a knee injury. I was told there were none available. The second story rooms have two flights of steps. Rooms are dated, no regular coffee in the room, no Kleenex in the holder, toilet barely flushed, TV quit working the next morning and the front desk offered no help. I see we can stay next door for the same price on our next trip.

Check-in was fast but the guy at the front desk had his brain somewhere else. He didn't listen to my questions on Bend and gave me wishy-washy answers. My room was spacious and very quiet. The bathroom had large nice towels but no shower mat or hefty safety bars in the shower. The bed was very comfortable and had a spare pillow in the drawer. Wifi was okay but not real fast. Overall, the property had a tired feeling and needed a spruce up.

The worst hotel ever! The only nice part is being on the river but it went downhill from there! The room seemed dirty, stains on the bed, food in the cupboards, clothing left beside the dresser, screen door fell off so we couldn’t have the sliding door open, no soap for the shower, 1 single serve coffee for the weekend with 2 people, only 2 pillows, 2 bath towels. I called the desk, not on the hotel phone because it didn’t work, and nothing was addressed and taken care of. No offers to finish cleaning the room and so far no maid service today. The guy at the front desk acted like we were bothering him when I talked to him. This hotel wasn’t cheap and they could use some courtesy and cleanliness! Do not stay here!

This place was a sty! Horrible experience. My dog got dirty staying here. Although photos show food service there was none. I walk with a cane and only access to rooms was up a set of stairs. Our room only had 1 mug, 1 glass, no bathmat, 1 washcloth, and 1 hand towel. Our room was open when we arrived, the door was propped open with a cleaning bucket. Needed a serious upgrade for technology. Zero charging stations.
