I was under the assumption since this hotel was advertised by whyndham , me being an owner, it would be better. The carpet had holes in it the curtains were dirty and old, the bed was literally almost on the floor the mattresses were uncomfortable and stained which you could see since it had no bed skirt to cover up... Came to Bend for the kids spring break. The staff was friendly, helpful and informative. We had made reservations online for two nights and stayed for three more. Price was good. Location was great. Shopping and food nearby. Good place to base a trip ito the area. We will come back again.

for the price of the room every thing was pretty good. The price went up from what they told us @ check out.
