The Courtesy Inn is a small motel near downtown. Close to Eugene attractions. Was quiet, clean, had a refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer and ironing board w/iron. The price was right too.

I spent four nights at this locally owned motel. While it wasn't nearly as luxurious as a nicer chain hotel, the room was spacious and clean, there was a good fridge and microwave and a good mattress. Lighting was not so good for working at the desk, and the bathroom fan was pretty loud. But for $50 it was a...

We've been here two years ago as well and not much has changed, which is a good thing.
Rooms are spacious, clean and offer enough comfort if you're passing through. All this for a reasonable price.

I found the room to be more spacious than I expected (it was a king room), and the bathroom was also of a decent size. The rooms, while clean, were not well lit (there was no desk lamp, for instance, and the bathroom fixture would not always stay completely lit). Housekeeping would remove used cups and soap without replacing them,...

Traveled to Eugene for the marathon and wanted a place close to the expo. Picked this motel from the web based on price and location. The motel is small, local, and old-school where you drive up to your door, all on one floor.
The room was a bit tired, especially the bathroom, but everything was there (bed, fridge, microwave, TV)...

We stumbled on this place on a recent trip from Washington to California. This was a very clean and reasonably priced motel. The parking was convenient and well-lit, secure locks on the doors and new temperature control units. We were thrilled to get a room/suite with 3 queen beds. A separate master with 1 and 2 in the larger room....

I stayed here two different nights in April, and it was clean and comfortable. It was definitely nothing "fancy", but the room had all I needed, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Clean bathroom, and loved the convenience of parking right outside the room. The staff were very nice as well.

We chose this small motel for a one-night stay hoping for a quaint, local departure from the big hotel chains. Well, we got it. This place is kitchy, right out of the 70's with wood wall panelling and decor which is both quaint and cozy as well as kinda creepy. The walls are paper thin, and we had the pleasure...

I was looking for a value motel room... just a comfortable bed, decent bathroom, and a quiet night's sleep. The desk clerk was quite nice, but I found my room to be dark and quite dated. The bed was not comfortable and the only heat was the reverse cycle on the window air conditioner... which would cycle on and off...

I just returned from a trip to Eugene and would like to highly recommend the Courtesy Inn. I booked this, sight unseen online, and 'hoped' for the best. I was pleasantly surprised with everything about it. It was central to everything I needed, the staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and with my AARP discount, the...
