Being a traveler for the better part of my adult life, I have learned a lot about what great hospitality is all about. With my experiences, I must say that my 3 day stay here with my wife was a truly remarkable experience. In a time where service values are often over looked, this Inn makes you feel like you... more

Everything at this Inn was great!! Our room was very clean and had quality amenities. The staff was warm and welcoming at the inn and the restaurant. The location of the Inn couldn't be better. It is right in the heart of Jacksonville! The wine list was extensive, and the restaurant was delicious. When we return to Jacksonville, the Jacksonville... more

Jacksonville Inn is in a great historic town that takes you back to the gold rush era, and the Inn fits into this scene perfectly. We stayed at one of the cottages which was reminiscent of this time and very elegant. The Inn is very Victorian and extremely comfortable at the same time. I especially like the Restaurant with its... more

I was doing business in Medford, Oregon and Jacksonville is just 10 minutes away so I thought I would spend my night there. I love traveling when my business travel turns into a vacation, I even extended my stay! Jacksonville is an adorable western town filled with boutique shopping and I picked the best place to stay by far! The... more

The Jacksonville Inn thinks very highly of itself and we could not figure out why. The small rooms are outdated and musty and they cost way more then they should for the value you get. The smell in the rooms is a combination of old room, mold and everything ever cooked in the restaurant below! It is especially pungent when... more

I stayed here while researching my guidebook "Oregon Townscape Walks", which has walks in 22 Oregon towns, 13 bike paths. What a charming and friendly and elegant hotel. The food was the very best. This hotel is in the center of town on Main street, which is not a busy street. Lovely walks around the downtown, through the pioneer cemetery... more

Never having been to Jacksonville before, we didn't know what to expect. It is a quiet historical town outside the hustle and bustle of Medford, I-5 and Ashland. We loved it. I could only imagine it gets pretty busy during the tourist season, and we were very happy to not be around for that! We got first rate service at... more

Jacksonville, is an interesting town. Do not be out on the streets after 10pm as you will be harassed by the local police who have nothing better to do. The J-ville Inn has a great wine store, but not much else. The rooms are small and stuffy and the owners, Jerry and his wife are extremely rude. The restaurant is... more

Jacksonville Inn again exceeded our expectations even though we expected the best. Our cottage #10 was perfect, everything lovely, not one thing to improve upon. Weather was very hot but room air conditioning system excellant. Landscaping perfectly groomed with flowers and shrubs appearing to have daily care. Restaurant in the Inn was a wonderful end to a long day with... more

Stayed three nights in one of the Jacksonville Inn’s cottages while attending several of the Peter Britt Festival concerts. The place offers all the amenities and personal attention of an old country inn, with added touches of modernity: bath and steam shower, whirlpool tub, color TV and entertainment system, air-conditioning, fireplace, refrigerator, microwave, wireless internet access, private off street parking.... more
