We are just starting to stay in B&Bs on our trips, but I have a high opinion of this one. The town is nice and the B&B is close to the main street area. The hosts were very pleasant and well informed about hiking, local galleries, and local food options. We stayed in the Chief Joseph Mountain Room, which had... More

This was our second stay in the Mirror Lake Suite. If you are a "techie" this room is for you with remotes for the European toilet and steam shower, and the touch pad on the jacuzzi tub (fits 2 comfortably) along with remotes for the heat, A/C, TV and Blu-ray. We turned the radio in the shower on to listen... More

While I would not recommend losing control of one's vehicle at the top of the Redmond grade on icy roads (ask Bill about it) and sticking your car in the ditch - if you do, I hope you are staying at the Bronze Antler. Bill and Heather don't just provide a a place to sleep, they provide rescue services. When... More

Joseph is a quaint, small community for outdoorsy types like us to base. We found the Bronze Antler to be a perfect place to crash at the end of the day. Wonderful, accommodating hosts made us feel perfectly at home here. Our breakfasts were awesome, and the facilities were outstanding. We definitely want to return.

Our stay was amazing! Heather and Bill were incredible hosts. The accommodations, food and advice were stellar. I would make this a destination at least once a year. I wanted to move in and they reluctantly wouldn't let me . . . ;-) The room we stayed in rivaled any European destination with the steam shower, jacuzzi tub and heated... More

This place is wonderful. I should preface it by saying that my husband and I are not usually bed-and-breakfast types as our experiences have been very mixed in that area in previous years and frankly, eating with strangers and making small talk first thing in the morning isn't my cup of tea. But I will make an exception with the... More

We had the best time at the cozy Bronze Antler. It is a very lovingly restored Arts and Crafts bungalow that the owners are rightfully proud of. The beds are high and bedding is beautiful and of high quality. The bathroom was excellently appointed with great product shampoo etc. The breakfast was delicious. It was a nice blend of homey... Heather made us feel comfortable and welcome as soon as we arrived. The room was as beautiful as the B&B and grounds. What a pleasant stop on our tour through Northeastern Oregon. These hosts have thought of everything for their guests comfort. You don't want to miss the experience of a stay at the Bronze Antler.

What a perfectly charming B&B right in town. heather and Bill have thought of every detail to assure a wondeful stay. From the cookies, brownies and sherry to rooms with comfy beds and bathrobes, and a wondeful breakfast . The warm hospitality is matched only by the beautiful antique furniture through the house. A perfect place to stay and enjoy... More

Hosts Heather and Bill have provided so many comforts of home that you can just relax in their beautifully decorated home. I enjoyed having WiFi and a surge protector strip to plug in my electronics. Breakfast was not only plentiful but delicious too. The rooms were very comfortable with a special something extra. Joseph is a beautiful area and we... More
