We visit the resort in May each year with a group of girlfriends. We are all in the tourist/wine industry and this is our break away before the season really kicks in in Walla Walla. The resort is a beautiful rustic place, with clean cabins, nice outdoor areas and close enough for a great to walk to the lake. Don't... More

We stayed in 5 Osprey. It was off-season, but the staff were as attentive as if it were high season. The cabin was newly renovated. It was fully equipped and very cozy. Had a great fireplace/woodstove and plenty of firewood. Get groceries before you get up there so you don't need to drive back into town.

My wife and I stayed at Wallowa Lake Resort in late October and were blown away by the comfort and class of the vacation home we rented while bird hunting and cross country skiing in the area. Doug and Patty were super polite and helpful, and we'll be back!

We stayed for two nights, not nearly long enough. The setting is magical. The cabin was modestly furnished but all our needs were met. Warm and cozy. We were there in the late autumn, arriving in the snow. It was gorgeous. Saw bobcat tracks in the snow. The neighborhood deer are very friendly. I can imagine it's amazing in the... More

We stayed in the McClune #19 cabin and absolutely loved it! This was our first time at Lake Wallowa and found the resort to exceed all of our needs and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We also brought our cocker spaniel and he had a ball there! Thanks for making some of these cabins pet friendly! I just... More

We stayed in cabin #6, which was a very nice, clean two-bedroom unit. It was clean and cozy and really close to the lake, which was great. Wallowa Lake was going into hibernation for the winter, so dining options were limited, and you're a 6-mile drive from town, so the kitchenette was nice. Staff was friendly, internet worked great.

My husband and I checked into Cabin #3 on Sept. 17 and paid for a two night stay. We took a short motorcycle first night we were there. We rode down to the OR state park near by and while we were there my husband had to make a fast stop with the bike and we dropped it. We both... More

In remember, this situation very well. I also spoke to the front desk in regard to your motor cycle accident. To be honest I looked at your motorcycle and yourselves and could not see any noticeable signs of an accident. However, some injuries are not visible and we should have followed up with you the next day. Our rental agreement... More

We recently stayed in the alpine garden condo #31 and had a great time! The condo was super clean and very comfortable! It was just my husband and I and our 8 month old but there was plenty of room that we could have brought our 5 year old and the grandparents and still have had room. We will definetly... More

We just returned from spending 3 nights in a cabin at the Wallowa Lake Resort. The property sits across the street from the lake and next to the state park. There were many gift shops and a couple of restaurants and other activities within walking distance. The town of Joseph is maybe 4- 5 miles away and has lots of shopping and... More
