Located on Historic King's Hill, within the enchanting Goose Hollow neighborhood. Goose Hollow is one of Portland's original settlements. It shares the best attributes of both a city's downtown district and an established residential area, with its gorgeous homes of yesteryear, many of which are registered with the National Historic Register. On our western border, a short walk up leafy, tree-lined streets will lead you to Portland's renowned Washington Park, with its world famous International Rose Test Garden and Japanese Garden. Informal elegance within the heart of a remarkable city.
This was our first time staying in Portland. We had a hard time choosing where to stay. In the end, we made the right choice! First FREE PARKING and walking distance to many places. Next it is still downtown but off enough to feel safe. Clean and friendly! Perfect for families with kids

We always LOVE to stay here when we go to Timbers games. Staff is helpful, the price is reasonable and it is always clean. Free cookies in the lobby and free bottled water in the tiny fridge. We prefer the Inn as it is more modern. Some people may say that the rooms and bathrooms are small but unless you are throwing a party, it is just right. Love it here!

Park Lane should be known as the Portland Oregon Embassy of hotels and it's staff the ambassadors. My suite was immaculate and stocked with extras. There are not enough words allowed here to say all there is great to say. Park Lane is a hidden gem. I highly recommend it to all. There is nothing that a guest may require that the staff will not make happen if within their power. This is where you will not regret choosing to stay during your visit. In fact, you will be overwhelmed that you made such a good choice.

The only reason I would stay here again is because of the AMAZING customer service from Eric. He is a genuine breath of fresh air. From the minute walking in you feel his warm welcome. He really makes you feel as your home away from home. There needs to be more Eric's in customer service thank you again. Muah

The hotel is the one of the only few (if not only one) that provides free parking in the center of Portland. I have stayed here once previously in the "Inn" annex building and that felt a little bit more like a motel. The main building is there the "Suites" belong to that had very spacious rooms. The room is comfortable and has all that you will need. The best experience for this trip so far was that the front desk staff and manager went the extra mile to help me drop off a return package at the post office that was delivered late after I have checked out. I didn't expect that they would do it for me so I was very happy and satisfied with their customer service! Will definitely return here and recommend to those who are passing Portland on a road trip or travelling by car.

The location is beautiful in an upscale neighborhood just on the outskirts of downtown. Very walkable to restaurants, shopping, etc. Very quiet. We stayed in the suites parts on the third floor directly above the lobby. The room was more like a small apartment with a kitchenette fully equipped, a small dining table, a desk, a separate living room, two TVs, and a very large king bed with two closets and a dresser. AC/heater worked perfectly. Great lighting throughout. All the appliances were clean and worked properly. Cookies, coffee, hot chocolate and hot tea served in the lobby with a small private garden in the back. Very small elevator. Limited, tight parking but always found a spot. All employees we encountered were polite and professional. Would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel was perfect for me in an excellent location close to city centre and the sports stadium was about five minutes walk. On site self parking available. I was in a block on the second floor opposite the reception building with a private entrance and was able to park outside my room. Room was quite nice and had everything I needed including a micro fridge to keep three or four beers cold. In the morning breakfast only consists of cookies and coffee but they were really nice. Enjoyable stay.

Really nice hotel in a good area of Portland. Room was spacious and clean, with cooking facilities. Comfortable bed, good shower and 2 televisions. Free parking available in the courtyard. Close to bars and restaurants in the alphabet district and around the corner from Washington Park. Rates reasonable and staff friendly.
