I have stayed here about four or five times and found the staff to be nice and cordial, but the facility lacking. First is the location. Not much around the area. Second is the basement parking which is subpar. Third is decorations which are spartan. I no longer stay at this location.

Not to be picky but this hotel needs to be renovated. Every Courtyard I've stayed in has the nice lobby with the Starbucks bistro. The weight room needs upgraded too. Equipment was old and not working properly. Otherwise the rooms were great.

This was the second time staying at this hotel and the staff both times have been great. We walked in off the street and Chris offered us the internet rate which was a bonus. Rooms were clean and the one we stayed in had a good view of the river.
